Shipping policy

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Delivery within the United States typically takes 5–6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Weather changes or carrier delays may affect this timeframe.

 

Once your order has been shipped, The Tyara Aunya Collection is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permissible for any reason, including (but not limited to):

 

  • Shipping delays after the package leaves our possession

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Customer address errors

 

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.

 

Custom Orders

Custom wigs and special orders may require additional processing time. Estimated completion times are listed in the product description or confirmed via email after purchase.

 

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

 

Payments & Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you agree to The Tyara Aunya Collection’s Terms and Policies. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized claims will result in immediate denial of future purchases and may be reported to payment processors for investigation.

 

The Tyara Aunya Collection keeps records of all communication, tracking information, and delivery confirmations as proof of service.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 The Tyara Aunya Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with the documentation needed to support your claim if necessary.
